On days when your neck or shoulders are feeling a little sore, throw this in the microwave for 3 minutes and drape it over your neck and shoulders and allow it to relieve tension! If you prefer cold therapy, keep it in the freezer and pull it our when you need some relief! Dimensions: 28 inches x 4.5 inches plus handles & approximately 2 lbs. Directions: Heat in 30 second increments up to 3 minutes. Do not over heat. Spot clean as needed, do not wash.
